The process begins with the organizational capacity assessment followed by OD planning. CBSG accompanies the organization in the implementation of OD plan and provides follow up and mentoring support during and after the intervention. It also supports facilitation in the area of strategic planning, governance, organizational learning, and system development such as HRM, M&E, and Financial Policy etc. Development of internal OD facilitator is a unique feature of its OD implementation strategies.
